Why Rent
Suitcases by the door, two little shoes lost under the couch, and my girls buzzing with their very different ideas of comfort. With my first, the BabyBjörn bouncer was pure magic. My second? She wriggled right out and reached for anything that let her stand and bounce. Same home, same mum—completely different babies.
Travel added another layer. I’m from abroad and we visit often, so I’ve learned the hard way that you can’t pack a high chair, travel cot, and bouncer into one carry-on. Sometimes we’d arrive late, hungry, tired—and realize the one thing we needed most wasn’t there.
That’s when renting clicked for me. Instead of guessing and buying something that might be loved (or ignored), we try what fits this child, this season.
