Who is Billida?

Billida is a baby essentials rental service. We provide reliable, high-quality products that are professionally cleaned and disinfected before every rental. Our goal is to make parenting a little easier while encouraging practical and sustainable choices.

What happens if an item shows signs of use?

Normal signs of use, like small scratches or light marks, are part of the rental experience and nothing to worry about. Extra costs only come into play if important parts are missing or if damage affects the safe use of the product.

Can I buy a rented product if I like it?

No. Billida focuses on renting, not selling. This way, every item can be returned, refurbished, and passed on to the next family. It reduces waste and keeps good products in use for longer.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way.

Do I need to keep the original box?

We recommend keeping the original box—it’s the easiest way to send things back. If you don’t have it anymore, any sturdy packaging will do.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. Each rental comes with a minimum contract period (the length depends on the product). After this, your subscription continues on a monthly basis until you decide to cancel.

Can I cancel my subscription before rental period is end?

You are free to cancel subscription within 10 days and return fee will be charged. if you want to cancel it after 10days it depends on the left period penalty may apply and return fee will be charged. 

How do I end my subscription?

Once the minimum rental period is over, you can cancel in your Billida customer account. We’ll send you a free return label with clear instructions.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery fees depend on the size of the product and are shown at checkout. Returning items is always free.

Are Billida items new or pre-rented?

We offer both. Every item, whether new or pre-rented, goes through thorough cleaning, disinfection, and safety checks before it reaches your home.

How should I return rented items?

We recommend to take a photo of item when you received to see how it packed and delivered, this would help you to re-pack the item when it return. Please give the item a light clean before packing it for return. 

What happens to returned products?

All items go through our refurbishment process: cleaning, sanitization, and a full safety inspection. Once everything is in top condition, the product is made available for the next family.
