1. About Billida

Billida GmbH (“Billida”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a rental service for baby essentials. By placing an order on our website, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Rental Agreement

  • Renting a product from Billida creates a binding rental agreement between Billida and the customer.

  • Products remain the property of Billida at all times.

  • Subscriptions include a minimum rental period, depending on the product. After this period, the subscription automatically continues on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

 

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days (unless otherwise stated).

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on product size.

  • Return shipping is always free.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

4. Use of Rented Products

  • Products may only be used as intended and in accordance with safety instructions.

  • Customers must ensure that products are handled with care and stored in suitable conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear is included in the rental fee. Customers may be charged for missing parts or damage that affects safety or function.

 

5. Product Care, Cleaning & Refurbishment

  • All Billida items are professionally cleaned and disinfected before each rental.

  • Customers are expected to carry out light cleaning before returning products.

  • Returned products go through a refurbishment process (inspection, deep cleaning, sanitization) before being rented again.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • After the minimum rental period, customers may cancel via their Billida account.

  • Billida provides free return labels and clear instructions for product return.

  • Products must be returned within the stated timeframe and in safe packaging (preferably the original box).

  • Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (if not waived at checkout), valid from the date of delivery.

 

7. Payments

  • Rental fees are billed in advance. The first payment is due at the time of order.

How do I end my subscription?

Once the minimum rental period is over, you can cancel in your Billida customer account. We’ll send you a free return label with clear instructions.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery fees depend on the size of the product and are shown at checkout. Returning items is always free.

Are Billida items new or pre-rented?

We offer both. Every item, whether new or pre-rented, goes through thorough cleaning, disinfection, and safety checks before it reaches your home.

How should I return rented items?

We recommend to take a photo of item when you received to see how it packed and delivered, this would help you to re-pack the item when it return. Please give the item a light clean before packing it for return. 

What happens to returned products?

All items go through our refurbishment process: cleaning, sanitization, and a full safety inspection. Once everything is in top condition, the product is made available for the next family.
